Credential Management
The portal's credential section is your authoritative record of all ICONIC Board credentials you hold. You can:
- View all active credentials with issue date, tier, and domain
- Check renewal deadlines and submit annual renewals
- Upload continuing education documentation for renewal
- Apply for additional domain credentials once your primary is active
- View credential history, including past tiers and upgrade dates
Verification & Badge Assets
Your QR verification badge is one of the most practical tools in the portal. You can:
- Download your QR badge in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, PDF) for print and digital use
- Access your unique verification URL to include as a direct link on websites and emails
- Generate a shareable practitioner verification page link for use in directories and proposals
- Download official ICONIC Board credential letters for institutional applications
Directory Profile Management
Your public directory listing on the ICONIC Board practitioner directory is edited entirely from the portal. You control:
- Professional bio and practice description
- Modality specializations and service offerings
- Geographic location and service area
- Website, contact, and booking links
- Profile photo
- Languages spoken and accessibility notes
Changes to your directory profile publish in real time. See How do I update my directory profile? for a step-by-step guide.
Verification Activity
The portal tracks every time your credential is verified via your QR code or verification URL. You can see the date, method (QR scan vs. direct URL), and context (if the verifier was an ICONIC Board institutional partner). This data is useful for understanding who's checking your credentials and when — particularly valuable after sending proposals or applying to clinics.
Support & Account Settings
The portal also handles account-level settings: email preferences, notification settings for upcoming renewals, and support requests. All credential-related support requests submitted through the portal are routed to the credentialing team directly, with your credential record attached for context.
