What the Verification Log Shows

In your iconic.pro portal, the Verification Activity section records every verification event associated with your credential. For each event, you can see:

What the Log Doesn't Show

The log does not identify individual verifiers. A prospective client who scans your QR badge remains anonymous — you'll see the event (time, method, region) but not who it was. This is intentional: it protects verifier privacy, which in turn encourages more active use of the verification system by clients who might otherwise hesitate if they knew their identity would be shared.

How to Use Verification Data Strategically

While you can't identify individuals, the aggregate data is genuinely useful:

Institutional verifications are the most informative. When a registered institutional partner verifies your credential, you see their name in the log. These are clinics, wellness platforms, and corporate wellness programs that have integrated ICONIC Board verification into their onboarding process. Getting verifications from institutional partners is one of the clearest indicators that your credential is doing professional work for you.
