The ICONIC Mentorship Matching Program pairs emerging holistic health practitioners with credentialed senior mentors for structured, goal-oriented professional development.
Matched by modality, specialty, credential tier, location, and availability — not just who's available. Every pairing is reviewed by ICONIC staff before introduction.
Optional goal-setting templates and session guides keep mentorships productive and accountable. Both parties track hours directly in their member dashboard.
Log mentorship hours toward CE renewal requirements for IBC-HHP™, IBC-HHE™, and IBC-HHD™ credentials. Both mentoring and being mentored may qualify.
Filter by modality, session format, or location to find the right match.
Describe your goals, modalities, location, and any preferences for a mentor. Takes about 5 minutes.
Our team reviews applications within 5–7 business days and matches you with a compatible senior practitioner.
Both parties receive an introduction email. An optional orientation call with ICONIC staff is available.
Meet at your agreed cadence. Log hours in your dashboard. Track progress toward your credential goals.
Becoming an ICONIC mentor is one of the most impactful ways to invest in the future of holistic health. Your credential has opened doors — help others walk through them.
These guidelines ensure mentorships remain productive, professional, and aligned with ICONIC Board standards.
Minimum one session per month. Sessions of 45–60 minutes recommended. More frequent check-ins are encouraged during the first 90 days.
Mentors must hold an active IBC-HHP™ credential or higher and have a minimum of 3 years verified practice experience.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality. Client cases and personal disclosures shared in session are not to be discussed outside the mentorship.
All active mentorship pairings are reviewed annually. Either party may request a reassignment through the member dashboard at any time.
Mentorship is professional in nature. ICONIC Board's Code of Ethics applies. Mentors may not serve as therapists or provide clinical treatment to their mentees.
Hours must be logged within 30 days of the session. Mentorship hours logged in the dashboard are eligible for CE credit at renewal, subject to credential-tier minimums.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Most practitioners are matched within one week.
